These terms cover pardielife.com. By making an account or using the site, you agree to them. They're written to be read, so here they are in plain words.

What Pardie Life is

We find gear from small golf brands and link to it. We don't sell or ship the products: every Shop it link goes to the brand's own store, and your purchase is between you and the brand, under their terms, prices and return policy. Prices and stock on our site come from the brands' stores and can be out of date. The brand's store is always right.

Your account

• You can sign up with Google or your email. One account per person, with an email you actually use.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else is using it, email us.
• You can close your account any time by following our data deletion instructions.

Emails

Making an account signs you up for our marketing emails, like the Friday Round Up. Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email, or in Email settings. Unsubscribing only stops the emails; your account, wants, lists and follows stay.

Wants and deals

• A want is one person saying they'd like a product. One want per person per product. Using fake or extra accounts to add wants isn't allowed, and we remove wants and accounts that look fake.
• When a product reaches its want goal, we ask the brand for a special deal. The brand decides whether to offer one, and what it is. A goal reached doesn't guarantee a deal.
• Any deal or code is the brand's offer, used on the brand's store, under the brand's terms.
• We tell brands how many people want a product, never who.

Lists you share

Lists you share can be seen by anyone with the link. Don't put anything in a list name you wouldn't want others to see.

Using the site fairly

Don't scrape the site, flood it with requests, try to get into other people's accounts, or use it to break the law. We can suspend accounts that do.

The fine print

• Product names, photos and trademarks belong to their brands. We show them to point you to the brand's store.
• The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it always will be, and we aren't responsible for products you buy from brands.
• To the extent the law allows, Pardie Life's total responsibility to you for anything related to the site is limited to $100.
• We may update these terms. If the change is big, we'll say so on the site or by email. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
